Title: Breathing You In
Series: Breathing
Author: S. Moose
Genre: New Adult
Release Date: September 5, 2017

Tragedy brings them together.

Life may tear them apart.

Two years after losing my wife and unborn child, I’m at rock bottom. I blanket my life with addictions to ease the pain.

Until life takes me on a detour, guiding me for a path I never expected.

Meeting Hannah Harris and those enticing deep emerald eyes makes the darkness shimmer and the oxygen in my lungs flow whenever she’s near me. When I’m with her, everything falls easily into place and she relieves the pain, making it easy to live. I’m clinging on to her for solace and salvation.

But how do I find a way to breathe in a new life and love while learning how to exhale the agony of my past?

Not sure how I feel about this book to be honest. There are parts that I liked and enjoyed and then there are parts that had me shaking my head. Hannah is about to start a new chapter in her life with a new job in a new city. She is also dealing with having her heart broken by her first and only long term boyfriend. Then we have the brooding, tortured Logan who is dealing or not dealing with the death of his wife. I have to say I liked Hannah and Logan but something was missing for me to feel the full connection. They kept going back and forth and it drove me nuts. One minute we are friends and the next we are in love and then we are back to friends. I had a bad case of whiplash with all this back and forth. I get that Logan has issues but his treatment of Hannah at times was brutal and not okay in my book. Hannah was too nice and too forgiving and I wanted her to develop a backbone and set Logan straight. As I said I ger he has issues but enough is enough. I really liked the supporting characters Eden and Lincoln. This story had a lot of potential but it just fell flat in some areas and then seemed rush in other areas. There is a secret revelation that I pretty much figured out from the beginning. I was hoping once this bombshell came to light we would have had some more angst. I felt everything was fixed up way too quickly. And then we have the ending of the story that I’m still trying to wrap my head around. Pretty much I didn’t hate the book but I didn’t love the book either.

Blurb: Finding my best friend and getting the hell out of California is top priority. Especially as the relationship with my rockstar stepbrother becomes more complicated with each passing day...

I’m on the tour bus partying!

The text from my best friend, Ivy, is one of her last. When weeks stretch with no further contact, I travel to L.A. to track down the band known as Rageon and find Ivy.

As the daughter of a groupie mom, and of a rock star father who fatally overdosed, I know the dangers of the world my friend disappeared into.

My ex-stepbrother, Gage, a musician who’s just come off tour invites me to crash at his place.

The last time I saw Gage in person, we were teens. He's everywhere on social media, so I’m prepared for the tattoo-covered rocker who answers my knock. What I’m not expecting to find is the sweet, s…
