Title: All I Ask
Author: Elizabeth York
Genre: Contemporary/Romantic Suspense
My name is Devan Anderson and I am a photographer and the by product of a cheating father and a childhood evaporated by illness. I'm stubborn, protective, but I care more than I let on. What does a girl like me do when I taste life for the first time?
I'll give you a hint. It isn't what you think.
My name is Ian Jensen and I am a Pediatric Oncologist that works day and night with kids that prove to be braver than I. I am open to Nerf gun fights, having fun, and taking control. What's a doctor who lives life by the book do when given a new chapter to live in?
Ask me again tomorrow?
Let's just start off and say F*** Cancer.
Dr. Ian Jensen is a terrific pediatric oncologist who happens to be hot as hell. He wants the best for his kids. And when Deven Anderson comes to him with a proposition for a charity, he is leary. With Ian giving her a trial to work with his kids, there was something that intrigued him. Deven was basically living in a bubble. She was just like his kids. With a revolving door as being a patient, she didn't allow anyone to get close except her sister. With little steps, Ian cracks her armor. But like all happiness, a shoe is about to drop.
Ian was concerned for patients who were constantly getting sick. Where they should be responding to drugs, they were not. When labs should be in charts, they were not. He needed to know what was going on. With due diligence, we found out the cause. I was stricken what happened and why.
Touching, heart felt, compassionate and I just could keep going on. All I Ask will grasping at your heartstrings with children trying to battle cancer. It takes a strong person to work will in that field. You have to have a heart of gold.
